hectares of industrial land<\/strong> have already been signed but cannot yet be recognized because land clearance and compensation work has not been completed.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2818\" declined approximately <strong data-start=\"3075\" data-end=\"3082\">31%<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"6ajb86\" data-start=\"3084\" data-end=\"3116\">After-tax profit fell <strong data-start=\"3108\" data-end=\"3115\">51%<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"3118\" data-end=\"3209\">Industrial park revenue decreased by <strong data-start=\"3155\" data-end=\"3162\">73%<\/strong>, falling to approximately <strong data-start=\"3189\" data-end=\"3208\">VND 251 billion<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3211\" data-end=\"3241\">During the first half
